Did anyone notice today that Brandon Earp's election signs were on propetty of the Bowie First Baptist Church and on County property in Montague. It was on the new site for the annex. Both places are very improper locations for political advertising. I wonder if he got permission from anyone to do that?

First his website lists supporters who DON'T support him and didn't approve the use of their names. Now this!! So much for a candidate running on his character. This is troubling!

Adding "Christian" would be alot more generic. Trying to appeal to more people. So basically he's not nearly so "devout" when it might work against him. He's like any average politician - he's going to lie and he's going to "be" what works.

I would be afraid to put his political sign in front of my business,I would be afraid it would hurt my business for people to know I supported him!!

I haven't ever had any dealings with any attorneys in Bowie but if I ever do it probably won't be with this guy. Not after all the negative comments I have read about him on this site.

Trust me (an ex client) you don't want to go there. He's a creep and a liar and a cheat and I can't even say the rest in public.

We need him for judge like we need a hole in the head.

As I stated on the other post...I call BULLSHIT to your made up comments. You should change your name from MuM to DumB. I would bet that you are related to the DA that is running.

As I have posted both "who is Jack" and "Earp for judge" topix.
I call on BOTH to post their own track records. NO mud slingling like Brandon did in the shopper. Let's just focus on our own records guys'. That way it can be accurate and if not we can hold your feet to the fire. You know that thing called the truth? That thing we are striving for in the courtroom?
So, would each of you post your own records for the last 3 years. simple format
1). Total # of cases
2). wins / losses
3). Plea bargains
4). cases tried before judge ONLY
5). cases tried before Judge and jury

It real easy folks. We want to know what your experience level is before we go VOTE.

JUST THE FACTS MAAM. THAT'S ALL WE NEED

Show me your mensa membership card and we'll talk about changing my "name" "Gary Don", maybe you would like to explain your relation to Earp? Before you throw you silly taunts at me, ASK AROUND about EARP. You'll hear plenty from those of us he's cheated.

FYI - I am no relation, I'm not a friend of his either, I just know he is the more qualified of the two. I am also someone who objects to collusion in the courts and dishonest behavior.

"You solemnly swear that you will do no falsehood nor consent to the doing of any in court, and that if you know of an intention to commit any, you will give knowledge thereof to the justices of the court or some of them that it may be prevented; you will not wittingly or willingly promote or sue any false, groundless or unlawful suit nor give aid or consent to the same; that you will delay no man for lucre or malice, but will conduct yourself in the office of an attorney within the courts according to the best of your knowledge and discretion, and with all good fidelity, as well as to the courts, as to your clients. So help you God."

Check out the Jan. 25th, 2012 paper - according to the paper -

Jack graduated from University Of Texas Law. Has over 36 years of experience - both as DA and in civil practice. He's had over 150 Jury Trials.

Earp graduated from a 4th Tier - he's only been a lawyer for 12 years. He has virtually no trial experience, and his ONLY criminal trial experience, he defended a sex offender and his client received a life sentence.

Why should be pay 100k (or more) a year for Earp to train on the job?

A man who was wrongfully imprisoned recently received an award of
$25,000,000.00.( http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/25/thad... )

Can we afford mistakes?

Incentives for Judges and Prosecutors to Negotiate Plea Bargains

For a judge, the primary incentive for accepting a plea bargain is to move along a crowded calendar. Most judges simply don't have time to try every case that comes through the door. Additionally, because jails are overcrowded, judges may face the prospect of having to release convicted people before they complete their sentences. Judges often reason that using plea bargains to "process out" offenders who are not likely to do much jail time leads to fewer problems with overcrowding.

Prosecutors are also concerned about clogged calendars. Crowded calendars mean that the prosecutor's staff is overworked. Because plea bargains are much quicker and require less work than trials, they are also easier on the

prosecutor's budget.

To learn more about plea bargains and everything else you need to know about criminal trials, get The Criminal Law Handbook: Know Your Rights, Survive the System, by Paul Bergman and Sara Berman (Nolo).

Brandon has really lost it. He's so scared he will lose that he is really acting stupid. But, of course he's always acted that way. No votes here for Eurp.
