What are you talking about a 1911 Glock? There is no such gun and if this gun shop told you there was they are idiots.

This is yet another example that Bowie Tx is one Fuc$&d up place to live. The idiots in Bowie will not support a local business The Chamber is all talk and not action. You people bitch about getting new businesses here and then you run straight up to Wichita or Ft worth to save a dollar. There have been many many small businesses invest on this jacked up town and then go out of business because the local citizens will not support local businesses. I can only laugh and say you will get what you deserve.

O'malley arms in Henrietta is by far best gun shop around. They are able to compete on price with anyone and still be local. Can't always blame the folks for not paying a 20% premium with limited choices. Same reason I refused to ever buy a pickup at Larry slacks.

Umm Jason, it hasn't been Larry Slacks for quite some time now. It is Patterson's....wake up and shop local. It is true the little shops cannot compete with Walmart but you won't find their goods in a Walmart. When you buy local, you are purchasing items you can't find here ..

Umm duh. I know it's pattersons now. I haven't bought a pickup in quite sometime now. I don't buy one every year, but when I do I will shop them but won't pay an extra 20% for limited selection to shop local, sorry. I don't mind paying a premium for a better product or the joy it gives me not having to step in walmart, but on a $50k purchase I'll shop the best deal.

He closed because people would not support the shop. His prices were often better than Academy, WalMart etc. He was cheaper than O'Malleys too. But if you talk to O'Malley they will tell the same thing and the gun shop did here. Bowie goes to Henrietta to buy and Henrietta would come to Bowie. Perceived savings. Result, another lost business.

Show me, please. I would love to be wrong. I would own one myself, but you are wrong. It's a hoax that shows up every April 1st with photoshopped photos as proof. Either you don't listen well or your husband is a moron. Your choice.

LOL. It doesn't exist. It is an April fools joke every year accompanied with photoshopped photos. Please find somewhere to buy one or find on glocks website and you will find it doesn't exist, never has. Period. But if you want keep walking around telling folks that way everyone is positive you are a fool. I'm blown away the entire town of Bowie is this dense. I'm not sure how to communicate in a clearer way.

I don't blame the gun shop owner for selling or moving his business. I would not want to deal with ignorant ass people in this town. I truly believe Bowie is a magnet for idiots.

It started when Mr. Bowie married his sister.
