16-year-old held without bail in death of Crofton boy, 14

An Anne Arundel County judge on Monday ordered a teenager held without bail in the death of a 14-year-old Crofton boy, who a witness says fell off his bike after being beaten up Saturday.

this may be gang related but it is also a racial crime this boy was white and this was a group of black/hispanic boys. I know for a fact if it was the other way around...never mine do I need say more! Reality check no matter what race you are you can discrimated it is a proven fact!!!!

This was not a racial act. I am friends with the victims family and this was a horrible thing, but not fueled by racism, it was fueled by gangs and bullies. This did not happen because Chris was white or becasue the boys were black. Chris hung out with people from all races. It is a tragedy and please do not take away from what the real problem is which are teens who are out of control with stupid untrue remarks.
