I took my family and we left because of all the political crap. I just got back from serving in Iraq and found this parade tainted for personal gain and not to honor the true reason for the event. The music and dancing was great as well as the kids and scouts. I don't want pins, pens, flyers, cards, and candies from people who want the event to be about themselves. I praise the council taking a stand.
