Of course this is based on racism. If they have not sent home EVERYONE who has braids and long hair, then it is a racist move. I just can't believe that Six Flags is saying that braids/long hair is not good grooming. I hope his family and every african american family take issue with Six Flags.

Sorry, but if you work for a living, and are not self employed, you will need to do what your employer asks of you. People in this world need to stop with the "Oh my god, I can't believe I can't do as I please" syndrom. Read your employee handbook and weep, or go work for an employer as a hair model. I would like to see young people of all races be clean cut and dressed properly. Our society needs to get a handle on the too lax freedom and notions of our young that everyone owes them. Work for what you get, and do as you are asked, or face it that you are looking for a free ride. Also, parents that jump on the "how dare you" bandwagon, are actually encouraging lazy kids, looking for a free ride or law suit wealth attitudes. Get real!!!!!! Think of the hard labor, back breaking work our forefathers and mothers put up with in our past. They were strong...our society is getting weak...another global warming, end of the world type fault in the human race.

Most work places have dress codes, it just comes down to how lax they are about enforcing them. Now don't get me wrong, I love guys with long hair, in fact look back thru history even as far back as biblical times. Look at all the pictures of Jesus, bet you can't find one that shows him with short, well groomed hair. Anyway, back to the subject, the only thing that I can say is to look at your employee handbook, see what the "dress code" says, and if you don't like it, try to change it, but go thru proper steps to get it changed. Until then, everyone, no matter what race, needs to follow the guidlines for their respective companies. I don't like it either.

I think it's awesome they're enforcing rules on looking professional. If the kids who have been sent home because of it don't want to cut their hair, no one/nothing is stopping them from getting another job (unless perhaps their hair).

That right - no "breads". Employees are not allow to bring in outside food. Including fried chicken, collard greens and watermelon.

"this dose not make since"? Neither does your f*cking grammer, you loser dumbshit.

I don't hate people who are not from my country - I hate people who can't write a sentence any better than a kindergartener.

It is a racial issue whether some of you want to admit it or not. This is not race card issue. Employers TOO know the rules about discrimination and need to stop trying to get around it. Now I will say this. As long as their style is neat leave it alone. Just because something is in a rule book doesn't make it legal. So for those of you using that as an excuse you need to jump back into the 50-60s era.

Tired Of Bad Grammer...
Uh... message boards are not applications for Jeopardy. It is casual and learn to expect typing errors and incorrect spelling.

When people attack just typing errors it proves they have nothing of value to add to the conversation.

I'll take the typing errors over meaningless jabs.
