I hope and pray this bill is passed (for this to not be a graduation requirement). I feel helpless my son tries and then finds out he fails. They make him read at level that is not his own and to have them read it to him in a room of 30 kids is quite embarrasing. He is trying so hard to do good and be able to graduate next year it would be a shame that an assessment test would stop the future of my child. This week is such a bad week to do it too (time change) I am concerned and helpless.
