Halla-Atlantic came to my house for a sudden failure in my 4 year old upstairs AC. Told me my throttle valve was bad and that it caused my condenser to go bad as well. Since I had an R22 system, spare parts were not available therefore I needed to replace my entire indoor and outdoor unit for a total cost of between $3200 -$4000. I called for a second HVAC person to look at my system, I was informed that I do not have a throttle valve, the condensor is fine and the problem was a dirty coil causing the sudden problem. I paid $175 for the repair to the ethical HVAC contractor and my system is running perfect.STAY FAR AWAY FROM HALLA-ATLANTIC!!!!!! They will try to rip you off!

AS ALWAYS THERE ARE 2 SIDES TO EVERY STORY,WHY IS IT THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WILLING TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING EVEN TO THE POINT OF NOT CARING ABOUT SAFETY, THAT IS REQUIRED WHEN SOMETHING IS OBVIOUSLY WRONG .THERE IS A FORM THAT IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED, REFUSING TO SIGN SUCH A DOCUMENT MEANS WORK WILL NOT BE PERFORMED.SOME COMPANIES WILL DO THE WORK JUST ENOUGH TO GET THE UNIT RUNNING AND ARE NO WHERE AROUND WHEN THINGS GO WRONG OR SOMEONE DIES DUE TO WHATEVER,YOUR CHOICE !!!

We recently used halla-Atlantic and didn't realize it was going to be some punk kid that doesn't know what he's doing and doesn't finish his work or return calls when you have a problem. Don't bother! Hire an experienced company that will do it right the first time.

Halla came to my house a few weeks ago after Wilkins Mechanical gave me an outrageous quote... although my repairs were costly I still paid way less then the $4300 wilkins wanted to charge me. Oh and in response to the above "dissatisfied customer" I happen to think not only was the so called "punk kid" extremely helpful and knowledgeable but he is also pretty cute in my book. My guess is you were just upset your wife was checking him out. I know I was. I'd recommend Halla-Atlantic to anyone.

Every comment is so negative, ive read them after having halla service and install units in over twelve of my rental properties..im shocked at what ive seen, I have always been treated more than well and have never had an issue with halla atlantic or the owner, if u want something done and done right, call halla atlantic, ive gone through so many heating and ac companies and you just cant beat halla atlantic, highly reccomended

Great price on furnace and hot water furnace instalation. POOR quality on service and trouble shooting. When I called to discuss problems I had with follow-up yearly cleaning.(His guy only spent twenty five minutes to clean both furnaces, and charged me $150.00) He didn't sound concerned, and asked me "ARE WE DONE HERE?" Then hung up.

Great price for installation of furnaces, but a long term customer is priceless.

Halla Atlantic Mechanical changed their name to High Line Mechanical in 2014. Could it have something to do with their 'F' rating with the NH BBB and no work ? High Line Mechanical also has an 'F' rating with NH BBB. This outfit doesn't accept credit cards only cash . When you pay them they immediately run to the back to cash it. The consumer has no recourse if a problem develops. I had this outfit do work for me and each time they mis diagnosed the problem. They were suppose to come back to fix the problem but never showed up. They took the money and run. Their workmanship is subpar I wouldn't recommend this business. If you want to take a chance you've been warned.
