To officer #406, and the witness that attempted to free my son from that car... again, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I wanted to let you both (and all concerned) know that the autopsy showed that his air passages were free of any debris and showed that no smoke was inhaled,,,, so he was gone BEFORE the fire started, THANK GOD !

We will be erecting a small memorial to Billy at the crash site in the near future.
