why do we allow people to come to this country and fraud the state out of tax revenue. all the tickets that the restaurant writes in a day are not what gets turned in to the state. first all tickets are put in order so that the numbers matc
h. no night tickets are ever turned in... want to be sure that only 6800 to 7200 dollars are shown are revenue for the month...tickets are shredded to not be f
ound by the state when audited...the restauant makes double that... and so the customers are charged the sales tax of 6.25 % yet the money is kept and does not go to the state...sometimes the reciepts are never turned in as not to show to much outgoing due to the amount that is being scammed...he only pays 380. to 425. per month for sales tax and it should be double that, thus slealing the mony to keep for himself...needs to be stopped ..... crazy joes diner in Kankakee...more to come

crazy joes diner per his manager said that december 2011 was the best month he had ever had. it was over 19,000. how much do u think was turned in as income. and then that means that all the sales tax revenue was kept by him. he fraud the customers we should send him back to mexico and he can fraud them

Like I stated before the man is corrupt! Not only does he fraud the state for taxes, he will do anything in his power to get someone elses sanitation license just to keep his doors open. I have personally known people fired by him because they refused to allow him to copy their licenses to use as his own! The place shouldnt have passed code at any point in time. And people faithfully eat there. If they would take the time to look into the big servers window they might change their mind!

the manager was given power of attorney..this is because joe had outstanding taxes due and she had to try to talk the state not to stut the business down. Joe then took a trip to springfield on the last day before the closed the doors. He did not have a checking account so he had to open one and the 12000. to 14000. had to be deducted from an account via on a monthly basis. see what happened was his ex wife Tammy turned in the wrong numbers and he was caught. all this is told by the manager
