One of the most unprofessional salons I have ever been to. I recently had my hair cut and styled there. She curled it with a flat Iron. Prior to walking into that salon my hair was soft and silky. After going there my hair felt like straw. At first I thought it needed a clarifier. I did one -hair was still like straw. So I continued to deal with this for about two weeks. Still thinking I needed a professional clarifier, I went to another salon I was told my hair was damaged not built up. I called the owner, to tell her she said she never heard of hair being damaged one time from a flat iron. I called several salons who said otherwise. When I went into the salon for the owner to look at my hair(the beautician who did it left the room) the owner in her snotty voice said let me see. She then told me she is doing nothing for me, told me I had emotional issues to deal with (she was referring to my daughters cancer) which has nothing to do with my hair. Very heartless person too! 0 STARS

I happen to know the owner and knwo for a fact she would have never acted this way. She's is one of the sweetest, nicest and funniest ladies I've ever met.
You probably f'd up your own hair.

Obviously you don't know who the owner is. She is a very rude, hateful person. She will never take the blame for anything she will always put it somewhere else.

First off the salon is wonderful, this Marueen is in left field, I know the owner from going there, as well as the other stylists there and know no one would ever take a childs cancer lightly, if that child was in treatment etc... they would be more then sympathetic to that issue. Secondly I have hair that is very hard to style, and never I repeat never have I had a bad experience there. If you had a real issue with your hair then I am sure it would have been addressed and corrected. Blondeberry is a top of the line salon and maybe that is not for some people, then there is always Great Cuts and Regis in the mall for you, but for me I want to go to a high end salon that treats there customers well, and that is Blondberry.

First of all, sometimes we do not always see certain sides of people, they hide them sometimes. Second of all I would not blame someone for messing up my hair if I did it my self. How exactly did I screw up my own hair, when I do not color it I barley dry it with my blow dryer and it is always set at the low temperature and my curling iron is on it at the lowest setting for about 5 seconds each strand. Yes I mess up my own hair and it was perfectly healthy for many years until I went there. Please do not be a rude individual and tell me that she did not say to me what she did because now your just as bad as her. In fact I would not be surprised if you were Robin. This woman is a wack job and you clearly fit in with her mentality. She needs help.

Your right I am in left field and I am using my daughters cancer as some sick way of blaming someone for messing up my hair and for the owners rudeness. Do not tell me how the owner acted you were not there and I would never make something up about my daughters cancer. If you are an adult then clearly you are very immature and if you are a child then you are exactly that, a child who does not have a clue about being a mother, cause only an unfit mother would make up lies in reference to their Childs cancer. Cancer is not a joking matter. Therefore maybe you should take your ignorance and visit some websites of children with cancer and see just how much it is not a matter to take lightly or make up lies about, after that then you come back and basically call me a liar, you need to leave your fantasy world and come into the real world. Why don't you go talk to the owner of the salon she use to work for.

WOW, I could not help not to pass this by. I am
amazed that you have this much time in your life to degrade a salon while your daughter has cancer!
I don't think anyone on earth would take a child's cancer lightly!!!! I think you are so upset that maybe you feel that way!
I happen to get my hair done there and have NEVER been to a salon where they don't put my foils under the dryer!!! They are not out to damage your hair and anyone that reads this who knows, a flat iron ONE time will NOT make your hair feel like STRAW!!! Give up your anger and go to a different salon! You weren't happy! So be it!
Have you ever thought it was the clarifier you were using? If you weren't happy with it the next day you should have talk to your stylist!! I go to a GREAT STYLIST there and it angers me that you degrade the salon she is in! hopefully you will read this and have some eye openers! p.s I really do feel compasion for your daughter may god bless her!
