I knew Bau, he was a good cop. The only community cop we had at the time. Didn't write alot of tickets because he was too busy making sure the community was safe.
I am interested in Cindy Cody Roberts. Was a cop in Bourbon, and now works for Pacific. He is slandering people on the web.
I would like to know the circumstances as to why he left Bourbon, and would like to talk to someone that can give me the story.
Also, what cop was it that was accused of sexually harrasing people when he pulled women over?

I did hear something to the grounds of Cody's departure, but I would rather not say what that was because it would be hearsay, and wasn't from someone that would have had first hand knowledge of the events that were related. The sexual harrassment part I do find interesting, though I don't believe it was happening while I was there.

Beau had several cases and I know this cause he worked underneath me when he was still employed for Bourbon so please before you start bashing other officers have your facts straight Beau was a great officer and the reason he did not come back has nothing to with not being hired back when Leonard calls you yourself if you want to come back you will .
In bourbon the mayor can not hire you. I was there when beau showed up 2 times begging for a job. The new chief there would not hire him due to he wants pro active officers not reactive. And Beau sitts and waits for someone to call. Cant protect the community very well from a desk chair.

Cops don't protect the community. Have you ever heard the saying that when seconds count, they are only minutes away??

Police do deter some crime, that is when they are in the same area as the crooks. So that makes officers, all officers, reactive because 99.9% of the time, they are there to take a report after the crime has happened.

Your the dumb ass and you must be beau or his wife. no one wanted beau and You are the fucking idiot. I have been involved in the hiring. The mayor has never been involved in any hiring other than the chief. Oh also as far as the stop sign ticket that Beau didnt show up for. He was worthless. You might want to do some more research on the hiring process before you try to act as if you know what your talking about.

Wow!!! Beu was a good cop. He was the only cop Bourbon has ever had that patrolled the comunity instead of trying to gain revenue on the highway. It is sick that these small towns use law enforecement for revenue, and in fact it is illeagal in the state of missouri. Problem is, I only ever heard of 1 town actually getting in trouble for it. Beu was the only officer to do business checks at all the businesses in Bourbon. As for hiring, I don't know what went on there, i could care less. Leonard is a crook, and it has been proven. Luckily for him, the liability doesn't fall on him or he'd be in big trouble.

Ever notice that Bourbons equipment will misteriously disapear then reapear the next day. Thats because the mayer is taking and using them at his personal farm at the tax payers cost. And don't get me started on the BCDC deal. I have a feeling that the above poster was mad at beu for not righting enough tickets "revenue".

Leasburg has a court now, and openly admit that the purpose of the leaseburg cop and court is to gain revenue!

Bourbons new cop cars, Really! Nevermind that they blew a ton of $$$. Why do they want them to be black, and very hard to see on the side of the road at night. When they park at a slight angle on the side of the road, it is almost impossible to see them. We don't need a swat team, that would be up to the county.

And no i'm not agains't law enforcement, just against officials ripping people off. The people around here have had enough. I'm glad I'm moving.

Please make the officers cars safer for the public, and please restore the idea that not everyone is a criminal.

The cops should be about public safety and law enforcement. NOT REVENUE!

Ummm, laws with penalties are revenue makers. Police are there to enforce the laws on the books and when they are broke, they are expected to write the tickets to bring in the revenue. Do you really think that the government cares about your safety and set speed limits or seat belt usage for your protection? It is all about the money in government. The reason you do not hear about cities getting in trouble for bringing in revenue??? Duh, that means more tax money to the area. Of course they are not going to bring down the law on a town when money is coming in! Duhhhh!

Accident reduction??? Really? Any stats showing that as fact? Here is a stat to prove that you, YES I said it, YOU are the real idiot...

http://www.ibiblio.org/rdu/sl-irrel.html

Law enforcement is for 2 things and 2 things only....Writing reports after the incident and writing tickets for the incident. Tickets = revenue for the city/county/state and does NOT affect accidents.

Is the lady that owns the bourbon family center a police department employee? Cause they sell plenty of shit to manufacture METH. There's a case for you dumbass cops. Everytime I go there some meth head is clearly buying their ingredients. But I guess it would take getting a news channel in there to get them to bust their own. FUCKING RETARDS
