Voice of the People: System keeps bad judges on the bench

There are bad judges everywhere. I have personally heard the most rediculous stories as to why they are still in the business. Stories ranging from a wild swinger party gone bad to misc. drug use to women and teenage girls being forced to perform sex acts with buddies of the judge in exchange for a charge or jail time being dismissed. The worst judges I ever encountered are Gorden Abel and Jeff Larson at the cass county courthouse in Atlantic, Iowa. Devious acts in the courtroom at the very least. These twin rectums continued all court appearances and talked my attorney, Joseph Lauterbach of Harlan, Iowa into waiving a jury trial on a fake OWI (operating while intoxicated) charge.(look at item marked fake OWI at this website) This really happened...I'm not exagerating! http://www.geocities.com/steelplayer1963/ It took two judges to pull it off. Joshua McLaren (whose cousin is running for sheriff in that same county) was the (wanna be) Atlantic cop that dreamed up the charge and deleated and altered video evidence that proved I hadn't been drinking at all and certainly was NOT intoxicated.( it was very noticable...I pointed every instance out to the "judges") all to get me out of town because of what I DO know about certain (criminals) individuals in positions of public service. Didn't do much good because immediatley the "new" county attorney (Dan Feistner...Nancy Grace's buddy) started off his reign of ignorance by concealing deposition evidence that proved I was innocent of a fake domestic assault thingie brought by a limp wristed (Former) Deputy (Chris Heuton)whom was forced to resign his position because of sexual misconduct in the county jail. Some say it was with a male...some say it was with a female...go figure. I observed a deputy shoot a rifle in the general location of where a body was discovered the following day. I'm sure what they tried to do to me was to discredit me so no one ended up in prison. And they are still trying to find a way to put me behind bars. They even certified a murderer as an EMT after she tried her best to cause me to die. Not to mention the two other mysterious deaths that occured (connected directly to this EMT) and the proof that diversion is this EMT's normal motive of operation. We can't turn to the FBI or the Criminal investigation, can't hire a lawyer or go to the police. We need an organization headed by people that will not be influenced by the criminals that run our law enforcement and judiciary systems that will investigate these people and put them out of business forever. They shouldn't even be aloud a job at a carwash. Anyway...I'm thinking about moving to Florida...at least their snakes don't have legs!...LOL THIS ALL HAPPENED IN CASS COUNTY IOWA...right Chris Heuton??? Doesn't this "clique" thing just make you want to puke? I tried to report all this to Heuton but he had lost his job...they hired someone responsible. LOL

We would like to congratulate Michael Montagano for an exemplary contested Congressional race. It is not whether you win or lose, but how you play the politics. Mike played like a champ and came out the winner, even if the vote did not support that fact. Mike's debate on October 31st in Fort Wayne demonstrated Mike's knowledge of Indiana's issues. Americans from Elkhart to Fort Wayne to Angola to New York [former Congressman John Brademas] saw the outstanding qualities that Mike would represent for his constitutes. Mike comes from the wholesome family values that we all aspire to. We anticipate that we will see and hear from Mike in years to come. We need Mike. We like Mike!
