Man Allegedly Abducted, Allowed to Call Wife to 'Say Goodbye'

After interviewing a Bountiful man several times, police have arrested Joseph Paschall after they say his story of being abducted at gunpoint does not add up.

He deserves to be charged with a whole lot more than filing a false report and animal cruelty. What he did was far more cold blooded than just "animal cruelty"! I can't even imagine what his poor wife and family are going through right now. I hope his punishment will fit the crime!!
