I would like to know why a person (either male or female) that CONFESSED to having sex with a minor and is charged with NINE first degree felonies of rape and forcible sodomy is out walking a round in the community
Its my understanding, one first degree felony count carries a penalty of 5 yrs. to life. So make her a deal! she pleads guilty to, say, 5 counts and she goes away for 25 yrs. minimum, by the time she gets out she will be to old to even think about sex. its a no brainer to me. Maybe the prosecutor should be concerned what the minor might say in court. |
