New DNA tests clear parents, brother in JonBenet's murder

I'm glad this family FINALLY has some peace. I'm one of the guilty ones thinking they did it in the beginning. As time when on, I had my doubts. It just goes to show you how the media can influence everyone's opinion. I'm just sorry Patsy didn't get to see this day.

I think if the family had been totally truthful from the beginning about everything, a lot of misfortune could have been avoided.

I somewhat agree with that, but then again the media (and the police for that matter) pinned it on the parents from the VERY beginning. They didn't stand a chance, whether they were completely truthful or not. For all we know they were truthful, but the investigators and media were so dead set on "proving them guilty", they didn't care. We heard what the media wanted us to hear.

The media didn't influence my opinion, the RAMSEY'S influenced my opinion the day they went to the media! Nobody, and I mean nobody, put a gun to their heads and forced them to go on CNN the day after they buried JonBenet, and 7 days of playing dodge with the police. Nobody gave them a script and told them to say they weren't mad or that the police were doing a good job.
Don't even think of blaming the media when the Ramsey's have been using the media since THEY KILLED THEIR DAUGHTER!!! JMHO, of course;)

It doesn't matter at this point. They were all proved innocent! Like I said before, we don't know everything about the case....only what they want us to know.

The family did a lot of suspicious things and screwed up the crime scene by moving the body and various other things that hindered the investigation.

Their behavior lead to suspicions that they were hiding something, and nothing has changed that until the perp is identified. Also, from what I have read, the police and prosecutors in case made every conceivable mistake that could be made.

For all I know, they are going to find the dna is from a crime scene technician or cop who handled the clothing and other evidence, so until they catch somebody with that DNA, I am reserving judgement. After all, they have screwed up every other aspect of the case until this point.

PS. Even if a third party is implicated, that doesn't rule out an in-house accomplice.

I am surprised the media is in such a hurry to ignore the obvious remaining questions and declare the ramsey's "cleared"--admittedl y linear thinking is not a reasonable entitlement for a MSM reader.

Maybe there is no DNA evidence pointing to them, but there is still something fishy about the whole situation.
