This is a good article, the only real inteview I've seen with Chief Kolar this week. Also, it's the first extensive comments by Lin Wood. I'm surprised by his comments somewhat, saying that "fame" motivated Kolar. That's absurd of course. He's a true whistleblower. We'll see why Chief Kolar has not been on any major TV network, if it's threats or what. Every one of the three major networks has kissed the Scams backside, so it isn't too surprising so far to see this book has not made it to TV.

I'm going to be a bit graphic here, but it's for a point: I wonder where in the heck Lin Wood thinks that box of chocolates covered in feces came from, found in JonBenet's bedroom? Did the intruder bring that along too? How can he possibly still be defending the Scams after hearing about that DAMnING piece of evidence, IMO? What AWFUL things were going on in THAT HOUSE, to produce THAT in the dead child's bedroom?

I don't have the answer to any of your questions Candy, but I'm curious what the feces on a candy box could possibly mean, too. It's definitely not normal or every parent on here would say "yep, my kid does it all the time". Weird.

I'm sure a child psychologist with a background in child molestation could expound on the possibilities of what this mean.

Not trying to be 'gross', but was it stated that the fecal material came from JB?

Thought I read it somewhere... this was a included in a post from Cap in response to a post from Nelly back in 2010...

"I don't remember any reports about Burke from his school but do remember a report "supposedly" from some report that he was a feces smearer. I honestly don't know if that is true or an internet legend. That's why sources are asked and I'm stating up front that it was on the internet, but don't know if it is from a real report or not. "

Hi WV:D I don't have the book either, but I'd imagine Burke would keep his feces on a box in his own room. I guess it was her's.. I don't know if they tested it, but I kind of doubt it. Maybe it was from Jacques?

So....is there a candy box, a box of chocolates or a chocolate box listed in the inventory? I can't find it. Why isn't it listed?

Feces on a candy box is a far cry from soiling oneself to be unattractive to an abuser.

-- You don't know that. POSSIBLY goes to the idea of JB not feeling 'pretty'- maybe this child didn't feel that this candy was appropriate, maybe it was simply another reaction to something that may have been going on.

From Kolars book:

"I had reviewed an investigator’s report that documented a 1997
interview with former Ramsey nanny – housekeeper Geraldine
Vodicka, who stated that Burke had smeared feces on the walls of
a bathroom during his mother’s first bout with cancer. She told
investigators that Nedra Paugh, who was visiting the Ramsey
home at the time, had directed her to clean up the mess."

Thank you The Truth Hurts for quoting that. A friend of mine told that to me and I was going to post that info too. THANK GOD for people like that who had information like that that went to the police. That was the actions of Lin Wood's other client, Burke. I truly don't understand why he STILL wants to have ANYTHING to do with these people regarding this case. GOD ONLY KNOWS what happened in that family.

Information about should be in Beuf's medical reports. There should have been some preliminary exams and follow-up.
I don't understand Steve Thomas and the bed wetting theory when encopresis was present. No parent would care about wet clothes or sheets when feces was included. Urine is washed away, the other requires intense clean up.
I don't think Jonbenet was happy.
Dr. Beuf's medical reports would include that IF IF IF he was asked or told about it. It's much easier to tell a doctor about bedwetting but once told about fecal matters, things change and I'd bet that Patsy never mentioned it
