Right or wrong; young or old, we ALL should be free from unreasonable search & seizures. There are legal methods in place to obtain info on suspected criminal behavior. They're called warrants. What BVSD is doing is criminal and I hope the ACLU is successful in getting this case to open court. People in the BVSD need to fired over this gross violation of individual rights.

I know teachers are just trying to make us pay attion but if kids want to not pay attion i think its there cause. and teacher shouldn't be able to take something away that our parents are paying for!!!

yes i honestly think it is our right to say no and they should follow tht rule the other day teachers went threw our lockers and went threw our bags i think that is bull shit they have the right to open our locker but not go threw our bags and shit
