Attempts to geoengineer the climate to reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere could reduce vital rains in some parts of the world, U.S. scientists say.

It is true. Messing with the planets thermostat has given us unpredictable and uncomfortable changes. Geoengineering to counter the temperature change will give different, equally unpredictable and uncomfortable changes.

The only way to SENSIBLY approach this is to slow down the change we are making, not make more..
