Sadly, this gives me no confidence at all. Too much failure for too long. Case will never be solved.

Unless John and Burke are put on the spot and forced to answer all of the unanswered questions this case won't be solved. The family was let off too easy. There were holes in the evidence and it didn't go to court because there was a chance they would not be able to prove which Ramsey actually committed the murder. Patsy's sister, Pam, Doug Stein, JonBenet and Burke's teachers as well as others. should be questioned. They may all have information about what happened. The opportunity was missed when this case didn't go to court. People have died and after so many years people often forget details. Too much precious time has been wasted.

I wouldn't bet on it if I were you! That old pesky DNA just nailed Joseph James DeAngelo some 40 years after his crime spree began. His DNA had never been on file and it appears LE was able to get it though some clandestine effort. The same thing that should have been done with JMK, rather than waste all the taxpayers money by bringing him back to the States. All they had to do was pick up a damn straw and mail it in. LOL. I guess that would have been too simple for them.

They wouldn't be REtesting the DNA if the original testing actually had any value.

Mary Lacy and the director of Bode commited felony obstruction of justice.

Yeah, it appears he was fired in 1978 or '79 for stealing. I can't wait to see how many of these actual cases they are going to be able to tie in with the DNA. I just think the MO is so different on some of these cases, that I question whether he is "good " for all of them. I would imagine, too, that they will have to be able to place him in these various locations at the crucial time since in some instances they are hundreds of miles apart.

They gathered DNA off his bike, but it was not good enough to test. I read the price tag was over a. Million and produced nothing. Total sate of time and money.

I agree with you regarding JMK. What a circus that was.

Too emotional to be any good. I just came across my matching green towels to the one found in the grave wrapped around Nevaeh Buchanan in May 2009. I believe it was a cop that took her. He drove a silver Chrysler sedan with Michigan plates as he drove past my patio 3 times with Nevaeh face down on his lap. Monroe police think because I did not see she was not wearing shoes, that it was not her. But, I could not see below the knee. So sad police are so dense.

This week's Enquirer cover says JR is considering exhuming JBR for the cold case detectives. If proven an IDI, I guess BR will win his case agaiinst CBS.

He has never even been indicted. He has never been in handcuffs, detained or arrested.
He never kept a diary. He never bleached his baby's hair. He wasn't there for the morning
cluster f before school. He didn't even know the window had not been repaired. If he was guilty of anything, it was being in the dark about what was going on in his own household. He was out making money for all of the homes and toys.

Gosage, Thomas, Yeager and others had already looked at and dismissed him as a suspect.
A huge waste of money and a huge circus surrounding getting him from Thailand. They might as well tried to make that Subway freak responsible.

He might peel an orange, eat it, laugh and throw the peel on the ground. Some imbecile is running around with an orange peel theory. This case certainly attracts the LOONS.
