The latest twist in the long-running saga of the Louisville grain elevator came Tuesday night, when the City Council voted in favor of selling the century-old structure and the land it sits on to a local architect and his business partner in an effort to kickstart its long-sought stabilization.

Good job Louisville government spend a million dollars on a building that hasn,t been used in over 50 years the hell with the streets, few bumps don,t hurt
