The driver was arrested. I doubt a damn thing would have happened to him if it wasn't a cop who he hit.

Countless drivers here are pure third world as are most police and for decades the KeyStone cops ignore reckless driving.

Not ONCE have I ever seen a Dade-Hialeah-SweetWater cop pull anyone over anyone for not using turn signals or driving in and out of lanes in a reckless fashion.

There is more to drving than not speeding but the Miami KeyStone cops don't grasp that or care.

Has anyone ever seen such low police standards other than third world countries?

Did this become third world standards once Cuban Mayors took over?

Is the Miami police academy located in third world?
