We need to send him many dollars so he can pay for a lawyer. I am just sick about this.

Anonomily maybe Berry Graham would help Him. Rick A Ross cult expert has a Law Firm that works for Him pro bono. This Young Man should counter sue for false accusations and for Attorney and Court Fees.

Graham Berry is flat broke himself, if I read that letter that he sent to the Co$ correctly. Dealing with the Co$ for so long forced him into bankruptcy.
I did see last night that the ACLU is going to assist him in some way. Thanks ACLU!!! |

Judy- Graham Berry is in California.
Anonymous- Are you sure about that? How recent is your information? It would be incredible to see the ACLU finally get involved in this. |

I'd like to emphasize here again:
THERE IS NO LEADER OF ANONYMOUS! That is what the CULT tries to make the public believe, that there is a leader, or are leaders of Anonymous. But there is nobody leading! It is telling that certain people, the CULT upfront, cannot understand this. Replace Anonymous with "concerned people". Does a concerned person need a leader to be concerned? No. On topic: Gregg needs all the help he can get. And advise. Like the fact that the CULT sues, not to win, but to harass(!!), to financially destroy, to shudder into silence. It has a history of frivolous lawsuits. This is another one. And it should be known by the judge and jury! Criminal harassment? My ass! The only one committing such is the CULT itself. |

is it not a crime to falsely accuse Someone of a crime go for a criminal case againts the scientology cult

It seems, that many of you who post are in actual fact Anonymous, i mean really the hatred that spews out from you is quite frankly disgusting. Any for those of you who quote "CULT" go look the definition up!!! Pathetic bunch of loosers you are!

BTW, when calling someone a loser it packs more punch if you spell it correctly. CULT CULT CULT!!! Again, a fan....which has not done anything in Scientology....I guess I would call you a sheep! Better to live 1 day as a tiger than 100 days as a sheep. Oh...while you are at it Rachel99...why don't you quote the definition of Cult....better still why not just get a life! |

Keep whining OSA. Theres nothing you can do about it. |
|
OSA??????? what's that???????? It, just seems that there are people that just attack scientology with no basis other than the media and people who are ignorant....I mean if you are learning to drive a car.....do you A) Read the Rules of the Road from a Government Agency. B) Go read blogs which people who failed the driving test have wrote. or C) Go to a website set up by a person who again failed the test and read "how to drive"..... Again, I have only read 1 book on Scientology and I can not see any reason why you attack it, other than just being ignorant.

ARRGHHH,I just wrote a six paragraph post analyzing Gregg's case, only for it ALL to be lost in a browser crash the moment I hit send. So, just one point for now, CoS is not prosecuting or suing Gregg. It is all in the DA's hands at this point, so info concerning cult policy would not likely be relevant or admissible, insofar as it is arguably more prejudicial than probative. And I doubt the DA would appreciate input from CoS, except as fact witnesses. AND ...does anyone know why he asked for a jury, other than to give him more time? Did he have counsel advising him on that decision? For reasons I cannot bear to repeat, I believe that was Keith Henson's big mistake and may not bode well in this case either. To the extent that the law and facts are on Gregg's side as they appear IMO to be, a judge would find very easily in his favor. A jury .. not so much. Juries can be too easily confused by extraneous matters. Here, the sole issue is whether the facts as alleged constitute criminal harassment as defined by the statute in question. And, from all I have read, the evidence is just not there, much less by a reasonable doubt. |

I would think that with your cult crumbling a little more each day your time could be better spent at something other than making an ass out of yourself on Topix. If you want to talk about "feeble minds" let's talk about someone like yourself, gullible enough to believe Hubbard and his tales of space aliens and body thetans was something other than an obvious con man. Feeble minds is probably a topic you should avoid. By the way,$cientology lost their wealthiest member the other day. Man, nothing is going right for you guys, is it? All Hail Xenu! |
