Shit, she warned her, and the girl came to her house, not to say she deserved it but people sometimes get what they asked for.

I mean, she warned her. Why did the girl drive over to her house.

I see this charge being reduced. I think she had some criminal behavior here, but murder? The girl would be alive today if she hadn't let her pride get in the way and drive to this other girl's home.

Last time I was in Boscobel it was a little town with mothers on welfare. If it hasn't changed I am not surprised this happened.

No one deserves to get shot. NOONE. This little girl who shot her she an insane ****. She deserves to speed this rest of her life in jail. This girl she shot might not walk ever. I hope god understands that then 15 year old who shot her IS A INSANE LITTLE ****. Thanks
She isn't insane. My kids were all taught to shoot at an early age. I wouldn't be around all of the time to protect them from criminals and predators so they needed to know how to protect themselves. The criminal in this case is the girl who confronted the shooter on the shooter's property after being warned that the shooter was armed.

If you're still watching this post read my response to Unknown. What you call first degree murder many others see as self defense.

Where does it say she's dead? Read the article first, then complain.

I disagree. By age 15 my kids were well trained in firearms saftey, use and defense. At 15 years old, if there are firearms in the house,(properly raised) children need to have quick access to firearms to protect themselves from criminals and predators. The "victim" is lucky it wasn't my daughter. She was taught to take the headshot and let the police sort it out from there.

Amazing, a group of little towns from Spring Green down to Woodman along the WI river and so much crime per capita in these burgs. At one point, I was thinking about buying some property there to retire to, no more.

At least THIS young girl DIDN'T commit SUICIDE, like the girl in Missouri, instead she lashed out....

How do you shoot somebody DRIVING NEARBY IN A CAR, in the LOWER LEG???

There's much more to this story than this incompetent so-called journalist's slanted scribblings present. They get an F for this piece.

Further research shows that the two girls are cousins, and that the shooter lives across the street from a dollar store parking lot, where the shooting happened.

Unfortunately that stupid charge gives the shooter a good defense, that shooting in the lower leg with a lousy .22 wasn't an attempt to kill. The threat was to shoot her in the posterior, again not a lethal intent.

Jail time yes, but not attempted murder....

The headline could have read: girl severely beaten/killed in Wisconsin by three girls after myspace threats,
OR
Another myspace harrassment suicide.
NO sympathy for either

To despot Jim: Why in the world would you teach your kids to shoot someone in the head and ask questions later? The world i s not that dangerous of a place because most crime is between people who know each other. If you think this makes you some kind of "macho" hero you are nuts. A child with a gun is so easy to physically overwhelm and have the gun turned against them. To be honest I think you are full of it.

Daily Horoscope for January 3

Gemini

You are in a dissatisfied mood, and are just spoiling for a fight today. However, be warned that this could backfire on you unpleasantly, especially if you take on superiors at work. At home, everyone is used to your behaviour and they generally make allowances for you, as they will today.
