Falling on deaf ears

It's a hazard; it's a safety issue. I have kids, plus they have all their friends come over. How safe is it for them? How safe is it for my dog? It's still falling down. The yellow tape lines their property out back, reminding the Tathams to stay away from the monster that's invaded their lives. via Concord Monitor

If that were my yard, I would be paying Chartwell Properties a visit in person. And, if there was never anyone there, I would go to the public library, look up Chartwell Properties, find out who owns it, and pay them a visit at home. A very, very unpleasant visit. A visit that those assh*les would NEVER forget.
