Does any one have any info on Justin Womack? He killed my friends baby in 2007 and I hear that he is coming up for parole next year and I want to make sure that it dont happen. I cant belive he only got 18 years! And wasnt even charged with murder! WE have to do something about this!

im surprised that no one cares! We are talking about an infant here! She was not able to defend her self! Justin picked her up and threw her against the wall as hard as he could and then waited for 4 hours to call the ambulance! Heather, the babies mom, was working and when she got home she was the one who called the ambulance. YAll need to have some compassion! Help me keep him behind bars!

If we could do something, believe me i would do anything to reinforce the law to keep him locked up. but unfortunately this world is ran by people who might not have the real picture of the personal loss someone goes through. The only thing i would do is to have patience and try to let the little angel go. The only thing your doing is hurting yourself thinking about his death. he's in a better place right now. However if there's anything you need to get done or protest you can count on me and My friends (we are all Writing this) at WTAMU. We are communication majors and would love to help your cause.

The pride and joy of he texASS panhandle can lay claim to this murderer as well as many more crimes (drug-dealing, child pornography, armed robbery by city officials and more) as documented at http://www.shamrockedc.com and several other websites. The one listed seems to summarize the town pretty well from the perspective of a person who bought a business there and was basically robbed out of existence in that town by a drug-dealing legal system.

Do you actually expect to see justice served in such a town? Nothing has changed there and nothing will because the locals don;t even realize the system is broken and run by worthless thugs who rob them blind.

Something tells me that justin didnt do it, idk why he would do that to his daughter in the first place, and besides no one was at the apartment when if happened but him so nobody knows what as running through his head at the time so until you talk to justin in person and find out you cant judge anybody and iloved crystal just as much as everyone else did so quit judging false accusations and grow up.

I was told by David Rushing himself that Juston Womack was paid to do this dirty deed. But, no one need worry! Since it was a deed David approves of, there will never be a prosecution!(that is soooo "Shamrock" of them, huh!)

Now that you mention it, I also recall being told once by Rushing that Justin Womack had "done a big favor for the city". No kidding! He was BRAGGING!

The mere fact that Rushing is "he-man" enough to openly brag of one of Womack's crimes would cause me to wonder whether or not he might've been behind the murder of the baby as well. It seems to be about his speed and something that he would enjoy seeing happen.

It seems that this dude didn't go to prison because of his crooked dealings with David Rushing but... He wound up in prison anyway. It's a shame a child had to die for it to happen, though. Maybe if Rushing and the rest had been properly put away, the world would've been a _much_ better place.

It's funny...I could understand being upset if Justin went free....I could even understand speculation that David was involved in some kind of "cover up" if Justin was still walking the streets..but NEWS FLASH ladies and gentelmen..Justin in jail..he IS NOT a free man..and everything that happens there is not Davids fault..
