When will the pinheads at the Federal Motor Carrier So Called Safety Administration going to wake up and start cracking down on truck drivers that can't drive and create wrecks all the time. These pinheads at the FMCSA want farmers in PA to adhere to the same requirements of a stupid truck driver. How many accidents do farmers have on public roads? You hear about truck drivers wrecking all the time.
