Seems when the private sector jobs are lacking before an important election the public sector hires in a frenzy! WoW lower unemployment rate courtesy of the public sector. The tax payers pick up the tab even though they lost their own jobs in the private sector. I guess if we all could have a life boat like that nobody would be complaining!
