How are we to know that the "confusion" as it related to the polling hours did not impact the final outcome of the items on the ballot. The information on the ballot sent to the residents contained incorrect polling times and the county in the process of attempting to correct the error further confused the issue by alerting the Bordentown City and Fieldsboro residents of a new time when in reality it only impacted the Bordentown township residents. Should the taxpayers of Bordentown be entitled to have an opportunity to vote again?
