It looks like a certain someone is in more trouble in Ava. Shocking accusations against such a nice family man, just shocking. I am astonished that the local bottom feeders have not come on topix to support him again. Now I'm just spitballing here but maybe....just maybe....., he really, really belongs in jail after all.

He belongs in jail! And needs to stay there. Can't believe they dropped all those charges and he is out enjoying freedom. If you're Shooting at someone your trying to kill them, he needs to do alot of time not a month or 2 what a joke our juducial system is.

They didn't drop the previous charges, he pleaded guilty to lesser charges. He was due to be sentenced and is going to serve time.

That's all fine and dandy, but I'm reasonably sure that the criminal in this case is no expert in choking people (although I understand he is experienced in such matters). What if, during his rage, he inadvertently caused the death of the person he was choking? The judicial system is failing us once again. Contrary to what his lawyer would say, he should not have been out on bail in the first place because except for pure luck, he might have killed the man he shot last summer. This guy doesn't need a short time out, he needs a long one, like 7 to 15 years. Oh well, with the holiday's in mind, I sure hope he has a nice stay...., oops, I mean a nice day.

Anyone who goes to a drug dealers house in the middle of the night was there to buy drugs not looking for a family member or friend. Put the rest of the guilty parties in JAIL too, they belong there also. They are all DRUGGIES. Get rid of all of them they are all guilty

Exactly!! The guy was guarding his plants that they just happen to be walking up to! The cops should be watching all of them! Besides drug charges, I bet they could get a few DWIs out of it too! A bunch of real winners!

Perhaps so, but at least we will start by finally locking up the "family man" who has a history of not playing well with others. I had a chance to check the dictionary and the definition of "family man" does not appear to include conduct such as choking one member of your family in front of other very young members of your family, or shooting at people either. By all accounts, he does not seem to meet the defintion of a man, either. Once he is sent to prison, I suspect East Ava Road will get much, much better. Ho, ho, ho!!!
