LEYDEN, N.Y.(WKTV)- A Boonville man is dead and three others are injured in a motorcycle accident Tuesday afternoon in the Town of Leyden.
The motorcycles were in a funeral procession when the fatal accident took place just before 2p.m on St. Rt. 12. A car ahead of the procession made a left into a driveway forcing the funeral procession to make a quick stop. However, the motorcyclists were unable to stop in time.
Terrence P. Orourke, 63, Boonville, died in the accident. He was taken from the scene to St. Elizabeth Medical Center for head injuries. He was later pronounced dead.
Dennis Fruin, 56, Boonville, and Barbara Fruin, 52, Boonville were also taken to St. Elizabeth Medical Center, but they only sustained minor injuries.
Dodie Makuch, 32, Boonville, was transported to St. Lukes Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

This could of been avoided if these motorcycle drivers weren't showing off and paid more attention to where they were going. A life is lost because of stupidity!

Umm, they were not showing off!!!! They were riding in a funeral procession not going faster than 45-50 mph. They were paying attention a car stopped short that was NOT part of the procession. How about you read the news or watch the news there is nothing it there that said anything about "showing off" and since you were clearly not there shut the F**K UP!!!!!!!!!! Terry was a nice guy and will be missed.

People need to keep their f*cken mouths shut and stop blaming the fruin family for terry's death. If they knew that it was going to happen then they probly would not have gone riding that day. So f*cken keep your mouths shut.
