Watched a heck of a game last night between the Lyons Falls and C'Ville little league teams. Left me wondering if the result would have been the same if the C'Ville coach had to follow the same rules as everyone else and carry 12 players. Big difference in late innings when the C'Ville coach does not have to worry about playing that extra weaker player in the field and at the plate. Keep your heads up Lyons Falls, you played a great game and you FOLLOW THE RULES!

With murphy at the helm dawn can do whatever she wants. 2 years ago she ran over everyone with an A team playing with the B's. Last year she ran Dave out. Now she cut a kid from the majors team cause her and Ed don't like his dad and gets away with playing with 11 this year. And she claimed again this year her minors couldn't play in the A so they are blowing everyone out in B again. You should be proud of yourselves dawn & Ed, teaching kids it is ok to break the rules!
grow up

Lf baseball is a joke a few years ago when Erin was coaching tee ball she would have 2 player's stand 3 feet in front of home plate so the other team didnt have a chance. When the other coach told her that all player's had to be behind the pitching mound she got mad and said no she would yell at them to back up and then when she taught no one was looking she would wave them forward. These r young kids she made an as@ out of herself

The entire league is a mess. Lowville school district is twice the size of South Lewis, yet Ed splits Lowville into 2 teams, Beaver River into 2 teams and South Lewis into 4 teams. Imagine that the the league is won 90 percent of the time by a north team. The bigger problem is the minors where the north has 11 & 12 year olds playing against 7 year olds in the south. Someone is gonna get hurt. This was brought up by dorrity last year and all Ed did was run him out of the league.

Parent, you are seemingly passionate about the game, and VERY well informed. I'd really like to hear from the player that was wronged, provided he has had the time to go through the therapy of a life changing experience he may never get over......Yes I do make light of this event! Parent, I think YOU could be a great coach for the team. You got heart and fire, and instead of being angry at me, step up again, officiate a game.
