it is not illegal to hack. it is illegalt steal data and corrupt the integrity of another computer. an IP address changes. after not in use online for 72 hours, a pc is assigned a new ip address. a good cloak and relay will throw those pesky porkers. remain ignorant people. thats when we expose corruption. remember remember the 5th of november the gunpowder treason and plot. there is no reason the 5th of november shall ever be forgot. death to king james.

Ip addresses do change, lol. But ISP's tend to log who had what IP at what time...shouldn't you know that?

And the pc isn't assigned a new address, the modem is... And some have static IP's that don't change... Usually dsl and such...
