Slow as crap and hard to get out of the parking lot because too many idiots parking by the road. Someone going to get hurt bad there one day because of it. I refuse to have to pull out in the road blindly so i have to make huge circle around to hwy 30 then go about my way. They need more gás punps Too. O did i mention striped and paved parking lot? It is chaos there most of the time.

It is hard to get out of the parking lot but at least they have that kind of volume in people or they'd just be one more owners that failed.

Yep but could have the potential to double the business. If folks can't get in and out quickly they drive elsewhere just a fact of the biz. The parking also turns folks away.

Love the place but not enough to stand in line forever or fight to get in or out of parking lot. Slow inside creates backflow at the pumps.

Public Beware: They will steal your money. Pumped $20 of gas and tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill. Clerk said I paid with a $20 and would not give me my change. It was my word against her and the tape just showed that I paid her a bill. Couldnt tell if it was a $20 or $100. I know and she knows the truth. She stole $80. STAY AWAY. BAD BUSINESS TO STEAL. Money is too hard to make to have a person steal it from you.
I was told that this same clerk was fired from a former job for doing the same thing. She should be taught to leave the bill outside the register while making change. That way there is NO question or way to cheat and steal. BAD Business. The clerk should be watched. If she'll steal from me, she'll steal and cheat in other ways too.

It still makes me mad everytime I think about it or drive past the place. My BAD experience with Big V happened on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I have never wanted anything that doesn't belong to me but I do want what I've worked hard for. I'm a small business owner my self and have always tried to support all other small businesses because I know how hard it is to do business and to work with the public. I've supported Big V over the years no matter who the owners were or who worked there. They have a great business for now. But how long will that last if employees steal from the customers? I've been in business for over 40 years and there is something very wrong when $20 of gas cost $100. The owners need to wake up and see that their employee is a thief. They should wonder why she didn't leave the bill outside the register when making change. They need to know that their former customer was RIGHT and their employee is stealing. They owe me $80 and an aplogy. I just hate that the quality of the video tape was too bad to tell if the bill was a $20 or a $100. I know that I paid with a $100 bill because I only had a $100 bill. I didn't even have a $5, a $10, or a $20 on me that day. Customers Beware: The Owners of Big V will believe their stealing employee and not their customer . The tape will not be any help because the quality is too bad to show what kind of bill is given just that you paid. You (the customer) will be asked to leave if you question that the clerk stole money from you.

Everyone needs to stay away from Big V or at least be very careful when paying for gas or other items. One of the clerks will steal your change and lie about it if questioned. The owners will side with their stealing employee and the tape will not help because the quality is too poor to show what kind of bill is paid. The clerk needs some basic training on how to get money and make change so there is no questions about the amount or if the correct dhange has been made. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? I know that people can make mistakes and that some customers are cheaters too but unless it is proven, why not believe the customer? The tape shown that I gave money to pay for the gas. The clerk didn't keep the bill in sight so there would be no question about it or if she made the correct change. I wouldn't lie about the amount of money I handed her and I didn't make a mistake. I know 100 percent that I gave her a $100 dollar bill and not a $20.
She stole $80... There was a lot more to lose here than the $80 differece.

Just wondering....

Is the "stealing" clerk still working at Big V?
Or have the owners finially seen her for what she is?
How many other people has she cheated?

She has brown, shoulder length hair and seems nice, but she'll steal from you.

Keep going,
I am not a lier and I gave the girl a $100 bill. A nickname that I got for playing a trick with my older brothers and that stuck 65 or more years ago has nothing to do with this. I work hard and just hate for her to steal $80. I'll never see my $80 again. I just want to let others know to be careful that one of the clerk stole money from me and she might do it again. It was a bad experience that shouldn't have happened.

People that know me, know that if I say that I gave the girl $100 then I gave her $100 for $20 dollars of gas. I got a nickname as a kid for playinjg a trick with my older brothers. The nickname stuck and it has nothing to do with me trying to tell other people to be careful. If this girl stole from me and she did, then she might do it to others. That's all. I'll never see my $80 again. It isn't the first money or the last that I've lost over the year in business.
Just hate a thief. Money is too hard to come by these days.

Big V owners were wrong. The clerk was wrong. The customer was right.
