It is hard for me to believe that this brutal act against this young man cant be solved.the way people in this county like to talk I cant believe no body knows anything about the ppeople involved.the law knows more than they are telling.perhaps it is because they know who is involved that they havent tried to solve this case.I totally believe that is the reason nothing has ever been done.

i agree the law only wants to solve what they want too. tey are to worried about someomeone having a different bumper or door on the truck or car that don't worry abot someone getting killed like that girl pam that was found in july a few yrs. back off highway 45 that never solved that u know why cuz she wasn;t from here but she was someones mom, they know who did it the just swept it under the table because person or persons were in the "CLICK"

I had forgotten about that one ,but you are right about it depending on who you are in this county.in all the years tolar has been in office i have only had one occasion to need the sheriffs dept.I went out to his office to see him and was told that I couldnt see the sheriff I would have to talk to the chief deputy.I informed them that I didnt vote for the chief deputy I voted for tolar but I wouldnt make that mistake again.I know ROY Cummins and I find him to be a very nice person and he and his family deserve some snswers and some justice for what happened to their son.

R u sure he works/has worked at Gas & Water? I worked at Gas & Water for several years. To my knowledge Roy has never worked there. I thought he'd always been in the Insurance business. That's how I met him. And while we r not close acquaintances, the brutal murder of his son has always "preyed on my mind". The family deserves closure & justice! Don't see how anyone in this town or county sleeps easy at night with animals such as Brad's murderer/murderers running around free!

Why in heck would u think it might have been a woman? Have heard a few rumors but this is the first suggestion I've heard it might have been a woman. From reports of how brutally he was beaten, it seems to me it probably was more than one male, cowardly ones at that.

As I said I only heard rumors: that the #1 suspect was son of high up police officer who after that crime was incarcerated on other charges; that he was trying to recover things stolen from him; that we was a fine young man who saw something he shouldn't have; in the wrong place at wrong time. Sure wish some cold case detective would solve this.

Yes Roy is from Booneville. He and all his family finished school at Jumpertown.
The law knows who did the murder. Tony Farese even told Randy Tolar " I know my man is going to be charge and will serve some time, I'm going to try and get him to help you get them all." Tony was talking about Chad Lauderdale.

Yes one of the people involved is Jason Lovell. His daddy was I think asst. chief of police when this happened.
I do know the family needs some closer and the cowardly dope heads need to be punished.

No Brad did'nt have a steady girl. He was going to buy a deer rifle the day he was so brutely murdered. A federal marshall told Roy the District Attorney told him to leave it alone.

I am in Roy's family so please don't post things on here about the case that you know nothing about, unless you have proof. Which I am pretty sure you don't. This has been very hard for the family, and saying things like this only gets things going that is not true.

I am also in the family and this statement is true. No telling what it cost the family to hire Tony Farese
