The new restaurant where Outta Town Eatery was located and then Dr. BBQ. Anybody eaten there yet? What are your opinions of it? Good/Not good? Service?

I don't care for it. They seem to care more about their appearance than they do the taste and quality of their food. From the time I walked in the place I was skeptical. Who pays $8 for a lunch plate? That's crazy! Their straws for their drinks were stuck into the silverware packs, UNWRAPPED. I don't want someone's dirty hands on my straw. The waitress looked rude and acted rude too.. Personally, when I go in someone to eat I like to see smiling, positive attitudes.
Food is over priced, they don't have a variety on the menu, the food want that good to me either. Everybody has their own opinion in mine, but personally I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and more than likely I won't go back to waste my money on a second try. I would much rather go to somewhere I'm familiar with and LIKE! For Booneville to be so small, they definitely have competition. I don't see them making It long!!!

To all those haters in the world and area. A new restaurant opens and must go thru trying times. I visited tots and enjoyed my meal and service. The food is a taste of the south. With a grandmothers touch and a moms season added to every dish I " rock on tots"" Lola

[/QUOTE] first of all, tots is a family restaurant with down south home cooking, if u want something cheap go to mcdonald's. As for the unwrapped straws have you ever thought of them being out of the wrapped straws. Cuz everytime I go I have had a wrapped straw. And don't u like attractive waitresses?? I kno I do! Prices were pretty reasonable to me. You can't get a dinner plate from Moores for $5 so what do you expect? Please be smarter with ur comments. I love taste of the south and I expect them to be around for awhile!

I work at TOTS and I love it there! The owners actually CARE about their customers. They always say hello to their customers and treat them as guest. By far the most friendliest of restaurants I've ever been to! The food is good and it's unique from other restaurants in Bville. I definitely recommend everyone coming out to TOTS and getting a taste of the south for yourself!(;

Well I've been to TOTS & the appearance is NICE if it was a dump you would be talking about it. So the only other thing is it must look better than where you normally sit down to eat you meals. Which I'm guessing would be your HOME. Yes you can eat there for 10$ on Sunday which includes your meal a dessert & a drink. By all means continue to eat a McDonalds your business wouldn't be missed I'm sure. That's what wrong with y'all country a$$ hillbilles you trapped in a box. If you wanted a chicken pattie then why didn't you go to McDonald's "FOOL" if you cant afford to eat out stay at home.

Let me just tell you, I can well afford to eat out and my home is very nice, I don't mind eating here. While working (which allows me to have the means to eat out) I like to go enjoy a nice meal on my lunch break. I honestly didn't care for the food that they cooked. I also didn't care for the waitress I believe her name was, Allie. You could clearly tell she didn't genuinely enjoy her job and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She had an "I don't care"
Look on her face until she got to the table to ask if we wanted more drinks, needed anything, etc.. That just looks fake. Some people do notice things like that. I understand that everybody has their days, but even when I have days I still believe in excellent customer service and satisfaction! Not everybody is stuck in a box, but yes, everybody has their own opinions.

Therefore maybe whoever you are, Nett, which I'm going to assume an employee of TOTS by the way you got so offensive.. Maybe you shouldn't be so closed/ simple minded and realize that everybody has their own opinions.
Sorry to have struck a nerve to the point of being called a fool. How mature to call names over a simple opinion.:)

Moore's is a GOOD family owned business that has been around for years. Their food is well worth what you pay for it.
Perhaps they were out of the wrapped straws because they can't afford to order more until business picks up.
As for the attractive waitresses... Please enlighten me. I didn't see anything too special to be looking at.

Tots girls go HAM? Hmmm.. Sounds appropriate! You know just a few days ago I was in a business in Booneville were I overhead a conversation between two women of African American decent and one white woman talking about ways for them to get on Medicaid and food stamps. Driving brand new vehicles and owning a store.. Hmmmm!! Something just doesn't seem right. Sorry I don't receive government assistance therefore I have to pay each and every one of my bills and supply my family with food therefore I'm not going to pay $10 a plate to eat somewhere that the food is just "decent" and apparently their employees are tacky, clearly!

Not an employee. Your right you are entitled to your opinion. Opinions are like asshole everybodys got one. & that's mine. You can't strick a nerve with me cause I don't let foolish people annoy me. Just I don't hear people complaining about Hardees,& Wendys those people have the worst service ever but people continue to eat there. Food is awful. I'm sure you've had worse service at plenty places. How many time have you been to any place in this small town & you've had excellent service at Wal-Mart, Goody's, etc.. I doubt it. If the food was that bad then okay that's your opinion let everyone else make their own decision. tastebuds are different for everyone. Your bad experience now allow others to judge for themselves. My experience was great food great best fried chicken & mashed potatoes I've tasted in a restaurant in a long time. Waitress Nicole then another time Lisa fabulous service

Place looks alright like most new places do...put all the investment into looking good but not into getting employees who care/ can cook whats one the menu. A lot of the waitresses there are just straight up cray cray. As far as the food goes, it was "ok" but not exactly worth what I paid for it. Probably wont go up there to eat again.
Hopefully the longer they stay open, the better the food and customer service will get. If people keep going.

I doubt the place will last long because the location is bad. It's got more to do with easy access than cost. I work on the south side of town and it takes too long to get there on lunch hour.

These people in Booneville or really a mess. You should get your fax before putting mess like this on this site. This African America women that open Tots has a hard working husband that has been on his job for 25 years or more & he has been a solider for years with my husband just as long. Do you think all black or African American get government assistance! Just because they have a new car or open a business! Then you need to do your research. This program was invented for white's yes us & their or more of us, yes white's people on these programs. Yes! We need to quit listening to people in public because usually it not true or They are jealous. Next, time gets your fax straight before you post things like this lie on topics. Just ask the owner's yourself they will tell you about the story behind this big blessing God has given them & without our Government! This is why Booneville can not prosper & that's because of people like you not supporting African american people business's. We should be happy they chose Booneville. We need to quit this Black & White mess. So, our town can move forward not back. I wish all our business success! It's not about a person or their race. It's about their dreams & opportunity in life. We all only live once!
