HAHAHA bring back shook. Talk about screwing someone else's wife. LD is a great sheriff, one of the best Watauga has ever had. It is easy for everyone to start bashing an elected official, probably because these are all the meth heads on here that have been busted by the sheriffs department! I personally know 90% of the deputies and have never heard them say anything bad about LD.

Why is anyone donating to the department? They have a budget. If they don't have funds in the budget for proper equipment, that's on them. Maybe they should stop buying fancy patrol vehicles (that new truck) and provide the proper equipment to the employees.

LD why are you allowing a narcotics officer that is now labeled a "Brady" cop to stay as an investigator.(that is a cop that has been caught lying on cases by a judicial official) Why has the DA Jerry Wilson had to meet with you 3 times about your officers lying, not turning over discovery, and not turning in prosecution reports. You have done nothing about it.

ld has allowed officers to get by with child porn on a county computer while on duty. That means that he was paid to break the law. He has an officer that has lied on his report that he gave the DA to prosecute the case. He is a "Brady" cop. ADA Byrd had to put letter in every case file he is involved in to inform the defense. The DA has had to dismiss 60% of their cases due to lying, not turning in reports, and failing to obey the discovery laws. ld is not the honest expert administrator that he claims. He is a lying son of a ******. He has done nothing his whole life but benefitfrom his dads reputation. He was the original pill freak

I challenge anyone who can say one thing to make the sheriffs office better. I know that I am placing myself at risk by doing this but it is really bad. Supervisors lying on time sheets. The shift that deputy mast was on supervisor had given his shift orders to only haveone officer respond to domestics. He was in the dispatch office and didn't even know that deputy russell was there.I am tired of the lies.
