Does anyone know anything about this personel injury Attorney in Boone. I'm looking for an Attorney.

Do NOT use him! He is a crook that is only out to get his. He promised me/my parents that he could get me $1 million from a car wreck where a drunk driver rear ended me which caused me to have to have back surgery. Well, I only got the surgery expense paid ($30k) & pocketed only $13k!!! DO NOT USE HIM!

I saw his name in the paper a little while back for beating his wife. And they keep about 25% of whatever disability payments you get. Try to get whatever you can without a lawyer first.

I used him for a DUI. He made a lot of promises and got me nowhere. He charged me about 1000, and appealed from district court to superior, and charged me another 1000. I would have been better off just pleading guilty.

Dear Bob: Who are you? I did not beat my wife and the newspaper does not say that. Regardless, Anyone who is injured at work or due to the negligence of others, should talk to me first. I would gladly show that person hard facts re my settlement and verdict history than get caught up in your character defects.Have I ever met you?

you should not listen to all the post on here,
there is always two sides to every story and the paper did not say Ferguson beat his wife....but she probably deserved it as everyone knows she got caught with another man and when women get caught cheating they start yelling domestic violence and the guy gets labeled ...yes...even attorneys...
but there is always the other side of the story that seldom gets told

I went to him a few years ago. He wanted 25% of any sort of compensation I got from workers comp. I wernt through it on my own, and I'm able to keep 100% of my workers comp benefits. When I asked him how he could get me more money than if I went through everything on my own, he had no answer.

Check The North Carolina State Bar to see how many complaints are against him. I heard there were 5 new ones.

so what happened in court to CMF? did he explain when he stopped doing drugs and beating his wife?
