he will tell you that you will have the option to buy then he goes and sells out from under you. and he will not repair when needed

he did the very same thing to us. then when we moved out he sued us |

What did he sue you for? Did he get a judgement against you? Where was the home located that you were suppose to buy?

he was granted the judgement. funny thing we paid a cleaning deposit and he sued us for double the deposit plus the few months rent left even though he was selling the place. it was outside of bono on a county road.

Sounds like he has a history of doing this to people. Maybe he is trying to get as much money out of someone as he can and then move onto the next person and do the same thing. That is one way of making alot of cash fast.
