What's the difference between this pile-up and the one that happened on I-35 last month? The people in Wyandotte County know how to drive slower and they know how to put their kids in restraints so no kids were killed.

I think that the state troopers should have been out driving on the roads to report how the road condition were. I know that alot of the troopers was at the office consurving on fuel, but in extreme weather condition they need to change there policy and put the traveling public first.
