You are not doing something right. I have been a part of the military life for nearly 50 years, dependent child, active duty, active duty spouse. The military will take his money for child support with or without his consent. All you need to do is contact the JAG office. On the other hand he could not stick his dinga ling in if your legs where not open.

My oh my. I have been seeking child support through Lexington County, South Carolina, for over ten years. They actually had him in lock up, and let him go with a court date.
Makes me furious that dead beat parents walk around free, while the custodial parent busts their backs to support the children.
At least, I can say, not much has changed in Lexington County, South Carolina.

My ex husband lives in Virgina Beach, he has hid from child support for 16 years. I have recieved a letter from the friend of the court in MI. the first of May 2009. The enforcement act cought up with him. His pay check was hit on the 22nd of May. He works at a hotel in Virgina Beach. I say THANKS to the Child Support Enforcement Act. They cought him. :)

I bet there ain't a parent and I mean a true parent who has to pay and has fell on hard times but still see's there kid and does support them monetarily even though it was not through the court as actual child support can relate to so many of these post in here We need child support reform NOW!
