I understand that our country has laws and regulations to import foreign products. How is possible that a company like La Suprema Enterprises in Florida, an specialist in second-hand and second class goods was authorized to import an enormous amount of cheap drywall, just when we have a demand for the product, and that its business address is only a mailbox.
And worse when the people in charge do not investigate who owns and manage that company, because is a fraudster wanted by the justice of their country. It was very easy to detect, as in any public Web sites may find his case and his bad story. This person, Mr. Salomon Homsany Abadi put at risk the health and economics to U.S. citizens who are now affected by this problem. Because he knew there was at risk. The proof is that he make a complaint and asked for an analysis of the Drywall to the factory in china, when he felt the evil smells of the merchandise. Anyway according to our laws, the importer is responsible for its products since it has to comply with the rules of our country. We hope that justice will be responsible to do so pay for their bad actions. |

Its a coincidence that I live in Palm Beach and I am a Panamanian who bought a house with great effort and work. Now my house smells like rotten eggs, and I have a lot of problems with air conditioning and the wires.
I remember having heard about the scams in Panama of this Mr Salomon Abadi Homsany. Hope that now that there is a construction boom in Panama, this gentleman not send those boards of gypsum to my country, it should alert those people who buy properties such high prices, they can pass the same way that I was here. |

Senator Nelson said in the video that he already ask the CPSC to make investigations about the Chinese Drywall, but apparently they have not done anything.
We're having serious consequences about the problem of this Chinese Drywall, and the importers, sellers or whoever is responsible, make the easy money and nobody said anything.. What's happening? |

Lee County Tax Appaiser has recently announced that if you can prove your home has been damaged by "Chinese" drywall you can recieve a tax break this year.
http://www.radonmoldhelp.com/id118.html If you plan to hire a professional for your "Chinese" drywall inspection you should hire someone who has Errors & Omissions insurance that covers the inspection. Home Inspection E&O does not, environmental issues such as mold and "Chinese" drywall inspections are not part of a Home Inspectors "Standard of Practice". If they cannot get E&O insurance for the inspection, consumers would be wise to hire an inspector who can. A AmIAQC board Certified Indoor Environmentalist qualifies for the E&O and can perform your inspection. |

There is another problem that is not being taken into account and that is where they are going to throw that waste of the Chinese drywall removed in the houses repaired, the remnants remains toxic and continue emitting that strontium sulfide.
Who is going to have that responsibility? The government with the entire crisis and the expenses that already has? |

I wonder ... When they begin to repair the houses with that Chinese drywall, I don’t imagine where they are going to throw all the remains of the Chinese drywall that ruined and emitting hydrogen sulfide. It will not be harmful to our health, and will ruin the environment? I think, at least the one who brought that garbage must to do it; they should carry out our territory.

The Warehouse that used for selecting and classifying the Chinese Drywall who came from Knauf Tianjin, still smells like rotten eggs and burning eyes, if you stay a while.
In that place they received the containers from the port, download the container and then load the trucks for each distributor, store or developer, some distributors or developers were so big that they receiving containers directly. This was the Warehouse and some offices of "La Suprema Enterprise" in 4456 NW 74th Avenue in Miami Florida 33166. Next to the Palmetto Expwy. |
