Oak Grove baseball player collapses, dies

Oak Grove High School junior baseball player Chad Espy collapsed during practice at the school on Monday and later died.

The Espy family are an inspiration to us all. We have known them for many years and feel blessed and fortunate to call them friends. Chad was a very special person and will be greatly missed by all of us that knew and loved him.

my heart is still out for the espy. its almost 2 years since chad past away. i may not knew him really good,but the times i did, he was a great kid. i hope we grow stronger from this. he always small even if it was a bad. he knew how to live life to the fullest, if i could go back in time i would've got to meet him before i did.sometimes i wished it was me and not him, but god wanted him, so we could learn form this bad thing and to live life today and not tomorrow or yesterday,live it for today because all we know there might not be a tomorrow. and yesterday was yesterday forget the drama and live for today. so as we watch the 2nd year go by without him remember god wanted him and one day he'll want us.
