It's a great idea I like it when bonifay does something for the community. But a fundraiser should be affordable do you can spread your budget ( most Holmes county residents are low income ) around and enjoy everything . 10 bucks a whack for a bounce house takes up almost everything I would be able to afford to spend I have 3 kids. I'm a single mother I recieve assistance for medical and food for my kids I go to work 40-50 hrs weekly so how does that make me sorry ? I pay rent, utilities , transportation, school costs, and everything else life for four costs. Don't forget child care. At the end of all that I still come up short for doctors, medicine , dental, eye glasses, and ya food. But to you snobby ass idiots that don't know half my worries and never will . To those of you who married well or were born into money and land. Who look down your noses at people who work hard and still don't have enough to survive SCREW YOU . I don't go out I don't get my hair or nails done I don't buy all the newest toys and electronics for my kids. I can't put them in 10 sports programs cuz I can't afford 120 to sign them all up plus equipment. Plus I can't off work to get them there. I scrape together everything I can for our extras and the least you could do is make the ' family fun ' accessable to all familys. We didn't go. Guess my sorry ass needs to tighten up lol. I'm glad to know I kept my family away though doesn't sound like " our kind " is very welcome anyway . I hope yall feel good about yourselves but I still feel like my familys better we appreciate everything in our lives we know what it means to work hard and make sacrificies. I'll keep working hard just like I have always done and keep my head up.

You Cant afford $10 for your kid to jump but looks like you can afford internet huh? priorities? Oh yeh internet,cable and cell phones are a necessity and even people on food stamps should have them.What a damn joke.If you can afford any of those things or beer or cigs then that is that much less money you should be getting from the state. They are all luxuries that should be earned and not something someone is entitled to.

I recently had foot surgery and after I have been cleared from my doctor I plan add the thirft store on highway 90 to my list of organizations to volunteer.

You are so disabled you cant work and have to receive state assistance but you are well enough that you volunteer lots and lots of hours? If you can do fund raisers and work at the thrift store then it would seem you could get a job even if it is part time.Being a cashier or a desk job is not that physically demanding.Another one that is so broke they need state assistance but can afford internet.LMAO

just for your info I do not have internet, and if you knew anything about me then you would understand why and what my disability. my disability is not that I cannot do physical labor, look up something about my disability. google "NEUROFIBROMATOSIS.
I would be more than glad to let you walk around with "NF" instead of myself. Then you might have alittle compassion for others who have some kind of disability.

What kind of person would judge a person with disabilities? I know this woman Shelia and she did not deserve your unkind words.you don't have any ideal what she goes thru. She has had 3 or 4 surgeries this year all ready just so she can wear shoes without rubbing one of the many neurofibromatosis on her feet.
