Yea, because innocent people are never arrested are they? Jimmy is the easy target....that's why he was arrested. Sounds to me like your buddy Jason Boyd might be trying to make a name for himself....what better way to do that than go after the little guy! It doesn't take a very smart person to understand that jimmy binafited from her wrong doing, but if he didn't know she was stealing the money then how in the hell can he be charged with the same thing she was? It's borderline comical. Do we really need to get into all the botched cases the Bpd has had in the last few years? Really? Bonham texas is known for being the place to murder someone if you want to get away with it! Amatures.

Are these udisputable facts?
A warrant for the arrest of Jimmy Caplinger was issued, "the accused" was polite enough to turn himself in prompltly to the Bonham Police Department where he bonded out on a $30,000.00 personal recognize bond. Interesting is the amount of his bond being greater than the previously charged Mrs. Caplinger's $20,000.00.
Personally I beleive the Bonham Police Department are to be commended for the great job they have done so far and are continuing to do in regards to this case and with bringing all involved to justice. Very, very proud of the BPD.
No one should arbitrarily accept anything posted anywhere on the internet for fact as it is often fraught with inaccuracies both intentional to mislead and by the uninformed who comment on what they know little about. Do your own research to see if your findings concur.
Why are people saying it's the sheriff office not the Bonham PD that is in charge?? Is the Co-op inside the city limits? I don't even know where it's located.

Nothing will happen to Boyd if the husband isn't convicted. Thats not how the system works.

The police serve our community and they deserve our respect. Being disrespectful to them is about like being disrespectful to our soldiers. It makes me sick to hear it.

Just wait for the indictment in a month or so. Like I've said, time will tell what the truth is. I'm patiently waiting.

With all due respect, I don't think so. Both cops and soldiers put their life on the line to protect us. Both are honorable professions in public service. Lots of cops I know are also veterans. They have gone straight from military service to law enforcement.

Your right, nothing will happen to him if he's wrong....that's the problem!!!
The arrest will be on this mans record for the rest of his life, even if he's innocent. Boyd should be held accountable if he's wrong!

They've been doing a thorough investigation, I highly doubt he was arrested just for the heck of it. If he's found innocent there will be nothing of it on his personal record.

And it's not like being arrested should cause him near the amount of embarassment compared to having his wife's mug shot out there with that look she is throwing down.

Where Is The Proof

Where is the proof that Jimmy Caplinger was arrested? I feel certain that the news media would have jumped on this to publicize, especially in Bonham, TX where one certain newspaper prints people's bank account numbers for the whole world to see and not blink an eye. Just find it odd that this news has not been made official. I am not saying it didn't happen I just need some proof before believing it. Give me that proof?

'News' isn't usually very 'new' by the time it gets in a paper around here. Wait a week or two.
