I honestly don't believe Brooke knew that. The other juvenile knew and was instrumental in luring Brooke to the home. The betrayal of Brooke was so diabolical and complete - she had no chance at all. That's the thing that has me heartbroken. I don't live in Vt. I never knew Brooke personally. I can't imagine such horror being done to a child by her family. What a beautiful and vibrant girl she must have been. All her possibilities in life - destroyed. I pray she didn't suffer and it was quick. The people of Vermont need to act and demand reform. No one was there to help her in life, but everyone can help her now and they must, they just must!

Go in here, and you can see who lives near you...just remember that NOT ALL are on this list..if they were convicted prior to the law, they are not on this list...which leaves HUNDREDS off the list.

What is everyone waiting for? Sign and pass Jessicas Law already! If we had stricter laws, maybe it would cut down on all this sickness we're seeing so much lately in VT.
