This guy is going to lose. Plus he's going to get booted out. His lawyer hopes he can win the lottery if his client wins.

Since Eric gave this man the money to buy the ticket... the money rightfully belongs to Eric and his wife. The money is not Jose Cua Toc's. Jose Cua Toc is also an illegal and should not be entitled to the money for that reason alone. If it were Jose's money that had bought the ticket and won... then the money won by him should go right back to the state to pay back for he and all the illegals that are here that the taxpayers have to pay for. The money should be forfeit by him for that reason. He has made terrorist threats against Eric and his family to kill them all and that is a crime in addition to Jose's being here illegally along with Jose's forging two ID's. He shouldn't be "rewarded" with a work permit for all of this. He should do time in prison with the big boys until his day in court and not just jail. After he loses... he goes home.

His lawyer has probably already won. I'm not aware of a lawyer who doesn't work without a retainer or some other compensation.

I wouldn't doubt it if Nobama invites him for a beer summit.
