No prison for Baldwin man living under assumed name, but now deportation looms
MOBILE, Alabama - A federal judge this afternoon sentenced a Baldwin County man to probation and ordered him to pay more than $84,000 that he collected in disability benefits during the years he lived on an assumed name and Social Security number.

Should be forced to work with a tracking device on him until all the money is paid back, than deportation, and if he returns illegally, imprisonment.
