Sen Handley is one of the finest Senators to have ever served in the CT State Senate. She is honest, caring, and a credit for all. Anybody who issues blanket comments about legislators without knowing about the particular office holder of whom they speak is demonstrating that that person's opinion is worthy of being ignored.
