Lawyer-lobbyist challenging DUI revocation

Citing violations of its own clearly established rules, a Charleston attorney and lobbyist is seeking to prevent the state Division of Motor Vehicles from taking further action against her driver's license following her arrest for DUI a year ago.

DUI, No charges! Charles Howard needs to explain why it's okay to drink and drive. Then someone should look at all his case's and see if only anttorneys and lobbist get away with it.
