Public Records help protect the public from preditory individuals ready to do harm to their neighbor. Information of a negative nature would not be there if the person did not create it. Get real and quit whining about invasion of privacy becuase in case you have not noticed thanks to Mr. Bush( he is not the president legally) we the citizens have none. So just accept this and move on.
